Suleman Legal Services is a specialist Immigration Law firm accredited by the OISC, to provide Immigration advice.

We are OISC level 3 registered immigration advisers based in Milton Keynes. The firm is headed up by Mohamed Suleman, who specialises immigration law and has a fresh approach to immigration matters and offers excellent client care.

Honesty

Immigration Law can be an area for abuse, at SLS we will always advise you with honesty and we will never push you to make an application which is not in your best interest. It is because of our honesty that we have built a network of clients from across the UK.

Accessibility

We assist with a range of applications, ranging from Spouse visas, EEA and Settled Status applications, Visitor Visas, Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), Nationality and British Citizenship (Naturalisation), Tier 4 General or child Student, Tier 2 license and work visas to name a few.

We are available to assist you via Skype or WhatsApp video call if you can’t attend our offices and you will always deal directly with your caseworker without any secretary fielding your calls.

Fee breakdown

We believe in providing a quality service for a reasonable fee. None of our fees attract VAT.

We charge on a fixed fee basis only. However, should you wish to withdraw instructions part way through your immigration case we will charge you for all work we have undertaken on your behalf at an hourly rate of £100. The fees shown here are in addition to the Home Office charges.

We charge a fixed fee £100 to advise you for an initial consultation. This fee includes detailed advice letter to you after the consultation explaining the legal aspects and merits of your case.

If you decide that you would then like to instruct us to submit an application on your behalf we would charge a fixed fee for that work. There is no obligation for you to instruct us after the initial consultation.
